CCIC Quality inspection standard for glass products
Appearance/Workmanship
1.No obvious chipping (especially at 90 °angle), sharp corners,scratches, unevenness, burns, watermarks, patterns, bubbles, sand holes, stains, impurities, etc.
2.The color and handle hole position are consistent with the requirements of the drawing / process table (especially the glass with left and right), and the color is uniform
3.The position of liquid 3.medicine sand shall be consistent with the requirements of the drawing / process table (especially part of a glass is liquid medicine sand), and sand falling and uneven sand blasting are not allowed;
4.Must be without any unsafe defect for using.
Specification and size
1.The dimension deviation of regular products is ± 1mm, and the installation hole position is consistent with the requirements of the drawing / process table;
2.The installation holes of irregular products are consistent with the template requirements, spliced in the correct position, the splicing position is flush, and it is not allowed to obviously give the template too large or too small;
Packing
1.There should be protective measures between the two pieces of glass, and the glass should be separated by a uniform patch;
2.Rain-proof measures are required during transportation and loading and unloading; rain-proof and moisture-proof during storage;
3.Legal and clear marking / label on carton.
