1. Dimension
Use tools to measure the length, width and height according to the specification.
2. Density
Measured by the specified weight (density). The density can be distinguished according to the difference in quality.
3.Appearance
Slight deformation that does not affect the appearance and size is allowed, and severe deformation is not allowed.
4.Dirty Mark
Minor contamination or washable dirt mark is acceptable, non-washable and severe contamination is not.
5. Holes
The depth does not exceed 5mm, the length does not exceed 2cm, and the depth and length exceed this range but can be glued without affecting the appearance are also allowed. Severe depth and length can be judged as defective after being glued.
6. Peeling
Slightly peeling is allowed , but not exceeding 10% of the total area of the product.Seriours peeling on both sides is not allowed.
7. Color
Uniform color, no blemishes. Over-yellow or aged surfaces are not allowed。
8. Pores
No more than 5 parts with a depth of 1cm and a length of 2cm can be allowed. If the depth exceeds that, it needs to be repaired without affecting the appearance, it can also be allowed.
9.Odor
No pungent odor.
